My coaching
If you book a call, we will spend approximately an hour discussing your needs and the areas you want to work on. We will plan how to do that. You will get an idea about the power of coaching and how it can change the way you live your life!

I am a self-worth coach which is a specific branch of life coaching. Life coaching helps people to take a different look at their lives and problems, and come up with strategies and ways to improve it. Within this field I help people to be more themselves, embrace it and feel the effects in their relationships.
I have felt the same way. I grew up in a house with an alcoholic father who didn't see me as a priority. This had a profound impact on my view of the world and of myself. I learned to be accommodating and validate people's behaviour when it wasn't acceptable. I learned to seek a relationship which mirrored that of my parents. I found myself constantly unfulfilled and it plummeted me into further confusion and unhappiness.
It was a cycle I didn't even realise I was in and felt powerless to break. I knew I didn't deserve this rotten luck but kept attracting it again and again. This affected my confidence and other relationships too. I didn't know how to have a 'normal, reciprocal' relationship. I would either be too open to being used or too guarded and wounded to see an opportunity. This was exhausting and unsettling.
How it works
​
The process of coaching starts with an introductory/discovery session where we get to know each other and find out what you want to work on. At this stage it is decided if we want to work with each other on a longer-term basis. This will be a programme of 12 weeks and we can meet weekly or at a frequency which is convenient to you.
The sessions will be of a 1.5 hour duration. Although we will know the areas you want to work on, we will begin with an overview of your life and a benchmark to work from. Each week we will be setting goals and reviewing the learning. We will also address other issues as they come up from week to week.

All sessions are held virtually over a platform familiar to you.
About me

I am an accredited Coach and Social worker of 10+ years.
I am a listener and have an empathic approach because I know how hard it is to overcome these established patterns of behaviour.
I like to dip into other approaches and strongly believe in the power of affirmations and gratitudes.
I also use an ancient Hawaiian forgiveness ritual called Ho'oponopono.

I read widely in the field of brain functioning and particularly relate to the work of Dr Bruce Perry and Joe Dispenza.
If you're wondering about the cost of this coaching programme please be reassured there are a range of payment plans to cover all budgets. More than the money, I urge you to consider what you stand to gain ... balance, peace of mind, freedom from long-held thoughts & beliefs, and better quality relationships & interactions. I consider this to be beyond monetary worth!
However I do understand that this may not work for everybody and so if you're not happy with the program within the first 30 days I will look to reimburse you. All I ask is that you undertake the steps/plan/actions and do not request a refund because you find it too hard. It's not supposed to be easy! You will reap the benefits if you stick with it.
